2026-2027 School Supplies List
Hythe Regional School

  • Junior high students will need to purchase a lock from the school ($10) if they don't already have a school purchased lock.
  • All HRS students are required to have a pair of clean running/athletic shoes (no skater shoes) for Physical Education. It is a policy of the school that no outside shoes are worn in the school.
  • All students are requested to bring a box of Kleenex for their personal use in the classroom.
  • Students may also want to have headphones and a water bottle for use at school.
 
Your teachers at Hythe Regional School are excited to offer the opportunity to purchase your school supplies through School Start for the 2026-2027 school year. This process will save you both time and money.
 
Below are specific grade level supply lists.
 
The lists have a Starter Package (base package) as well as Additional Items Required. The additional items are required by each teacher; they include items such as pencil cases, sharpeners, and calculators.  These products do not need to be purchased on a year-to-year basis if you already have them.
 
There are three ways to place your order:
  1. You can place your order online at https://schoolstart.ca/
  2. You can place your order over the phone 1-800-580-1868
  3. You can print and fill out the supply list and return via email to [email protected]
Two Delivery Options:
  1. The supplies will be packaged and delivered directly to your house. Because the kit (s) are delivered to your home, you will have the ability to:
    • Pre-label your child’s supplies
    • Add supplies to your order for your child in another school
  2. The supplies will be packaged and delivered directly to the school in August before your child arrives,
    labeled with their name on the School Start Package. *Any orders placed after July 31st, will be delivered to your home.
