Congratulations Charlotte Dembicki, a Grade 5 student at Harry Balfour School, for being named the winner of the 2023 Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) Christmas card art contest. Students in Grades 4 - 6 throughout the division were invited to submit artwork under the themes, The best thing about Christmas or The best thing about the holiday season.
The contest cycles through all four grade divisions annually, with this year's contest open to Division 2 students, encompassing Grades 4 - 6 at all PWPSD schools. Charlotte’s artwork was selected from among 273 submissions. The judges were thrilled with the amount of care and effort that was put into each submission and congratulate Charlotte on her winning piece.
